Vic Elford race car driver of Golden years of racing, raced some of the most powerful race cars ever built. With an eye for only speed the designers of the day safety was not even an afterthought. These were the days when drivers were taking their lives in their hands every time they strapped into these rockets. Vic is seen here havin a ball in the 917 he drove at Le Mans in 1970.
